2013 Prom Volunteer Form
** Students will not be allowed to buy Prom tickets if they have holds on their accounts (i.e. lost/not turned in textbooks, failure to pay for permanent/temporary IDs, failure to pay for uniforms, etc.). **
Senior Picnic: May 30th, 2013
For the senior picnic, we need parents to help cook and serve hamburgers, supervise students, and help out as needed. The senior picnic will take place at the Abilene Swim Club from 12:30-3:30. Any donations of money, food, and services will be greatly appreciated. If you have something special to contribute or would like to volunteer, please let Mrs. Wiggins know by emailing her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Project graduation is a celebration offered by the Parents Who Care organization, a non-profit organization, to allow students a way to celebrate their high school graduation in an alcohol, tobacco, and drug free environment. Project graduation will be on Saturday, June 1st. Registration is from 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Students are allowed to bring one high school aged guest, and if students leave, they will not be allowed back in. Various fun activities and prizes along with food are offered throughout the evening. If you would be interested in donating or helping out with this cause, please contact D’Ann Giddings at 325-665-3266 or email@example.com.
