Students in grades Kindergarten through 5th attend computer lab once a week for 30 to 45 minutes.  They learn to navigate through various programs such as Kidspix, Kidspiration and Graph Club.  Students improve their keyboarding skills with Type to Learn. Powerpoint, Word and Publisher are used for many projects the students use in computer lab. Research skills are developed and coordinate with the reasearch projects used in the classroom.  Once a year students are selected to display and demonstrate various technology skills at the AISD Technology Fair.
