ABILENE – Because of the cancellation of the football game between Cooper and Wylie, the Abilene ISD will employ the following options for the refund or exchange of tickets. This plan does not apply to tickets purchased through the Wylie ISD. Wylie fans must contact their administration for information on ticket refund or exchange.
Cooper or AISD fans must adhere to the following for either refund or exchange of tickets:
OPTION 1 – Tickets can be refunded at the AISD administration ticket office (241 Pine St.) or at Cooper High School beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020.
OPTION 2 – Tickets can be returned and exchanged for the Cooper vs. Justin Northwest game at the AISD administration ticket office or at Cooper High School beginning on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.
IMPORTANT:
- Due to capacity limits and ticket-sales tracking, tickets that were purchased for the cancelled game vs. Wylie cannot be used for admittance into the Cooper vs. Northwest game that is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 16. Tickets purchased for the Cooper-Wylie game MUST be exchanged or refunded by Thursday, Oct. 15, at 4 p.m. No tickets from the Cooper-Wylie game will be exchanged or refunded at Shotwell Stadium next Friday night.
- The only sites for ticket refunds or ticket exchanges for tickets purchased by Cooper fans will be the AISD administration ticket office and Cooper High School.
- Only tickets purchased from AISD can be refunded or exchanged.
