Revolution Strings, AISD’s premier string ensemble, has released a new album that is now available for purchase.
Proceeds for “Homegrown” will help the group raise the needed funds to go on a summer tour through Canada. The new album is available on both iTunes and Amazon Music, and there is a direct link to a download site on the group’s page, www.revolutionstrings.com.
The album features seven numbers recorded at 7 Pillar Studios in Cisco: “San Antonio Rose,” “Elina’s Waltz,” “Front Porch Jam,” “Short Trip Home,” “Jessie Polka,” “Big Sam Thompson” and “Faded Love.”
Directors for the group are Darcy Radcliffe and Fred Grigg.
