The mission of the Abilene ISD Assessment & Accountability Department is to promote student learning and achievement, coordinate the administration of the state assessment program, provide leadership in the use of student performance data for instructional decision-making, and to prepare reports and presentations related to individual schools and districtwide student performance data.
