District Wide Consultation Committee
The District Wide Consultation Committee (DWCC) advises the Board in establishing and reviewing the District’s educational goals, objectives, and major district wide classroom instructional programs. The committee serves exclusively in an advisory role except that the committee approves district wide staff development.
The duties of the committee include:
participate in the development of the school calendar;
approve staff development of a district wide nature;
develop, evaluate and revise the district improvement plan;
provide written comments for waivers submitted to the state;
approve the student code of conduct;
conduct a bi-annual review of the district decision-making policies; and
special assignments as designated by the Superintendent and the Board of Trustees.
