Employee Awards

Abilene ISD’s vision is to equip learners for brighter futures. Our team best accomplishes this vision when we collaborate with students and staff, promote active engagement in classrooms, and create intentional partnerships with our school community. If you know an AISD team member who lives out these Strategic Priorities, we encourage you to nominate them for recognition.

Employee Awards are given once per six weeks and are determined through a nomination process and committee review. Award recipients will be recognized at a Board of Trustees meeting. If you would like to nominate an AISD employee for recognition, please use the form at the bottom of this page. Self-nominations are accepted, and all employees are eligible for nomination.
