Shotwell Stadium is the home field for the Abilene High School Eagles and the Cooper High School Cougars! Shotwell has been host to many high profile games, and has seen crowds of over the 15,000 seating capacity when standing room sections were made available.
Shotwell Stadium has undergone a number of upgrades in recent years, most recently with the installation of our new press box and video board! Other improvement projects include the installation of Revolution 360, a high performance synthetic turf by FieldTurf®, state-of-the-art Musco field lighting, dressing room renovations and the addition of two new restroom complexes.
