Abilene ISD proudly announced the inaugural recipients of the district's new Employee Awards Program Friday, Jan. 24. The new program is celebrates stand-out educators and staff who exemplify a commitment to collaboration, active classroom engagement, and creating intentional partnerships with the school community.
Based on the district's Strategic Priorities, the awards recognize employees in six categories: teacher, new teacher, student support, auxiliary, paraprofessional, and substitute.
