Fever (100.0 or higher)– Student must be fever free for 24 hours WITHOUT fever reducing medications (Tylenol, ibuprofen, motrin, ect).
Vomiting— Student must be vomit free for 24 hours WITHOUT the use of medication.
Diarrhea— Student must be diarrhea free for 24 hours WITHOUT the use of medication.
Rash— Rash with itching and/or fever—free from rash, itching and fever for 24 hours AND I have a doctor’s note to return to school.
Eye infection– If student is diagnosed with “pink eye” (redness, itchy, crusty eyes with pus-like drainage) MUST be on antibiotics for 24 hours before returning to school.
Strep throat– MUST be on antibiotics AND fever free for 24 hours before returning to school.
