I am honored to be part of this community of students and teachers! I look forward to making sure all students are successful academically as well as contributing positively to their social emotional well-being.

My career as teacher started at Eula Elementary where I taught first grade. I stayed at Eula one year and then moved to Abilene ISD. During my time in AISD, I taught math for 17 years and served as an assistant principal and instructional specialist before becoming the principal for Woodson. All of those work assignments hold a place in my heart. I am always striving to help struggling students become successful with a destination of graduation.

I look forward to building strong relationships with parents, students and community partners. I am committed to ensuring that every Woodson student receive the very best education possible in their journey towards success.

I feel truly blessed to be the principal of such a special school community!
